Since partnering with Edustaff in 2015, Montcalm Community College has found a partner who has consistently demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong commitment to supporting their staffing needs, according to Riki Jensen, Executive Director of Human Resources at the college.
Edustaff performs onboarding, recruiting, ACA tracking, and sick time tracking, as well as background checks, checking references, subject-specific training and verifying education.
They also train employees for the college with subject-specific GCN modules in five core areas
based on the class they teach.
Other services include 24/7 client portal access and payroll, with bi-weekly invoices to the college and
bi-weekly pay to the employees. Edustaff also handles getting the teaching schedule and
contract to employees.
